How a USDT (ERC20) to XMR swap works

Transfer USDT to the one-time deposit address. Don't send a different coin to this address and don't send more than once.
Monero arrives in your wallet
Once the exchange sees your deposit (12 confirmations (~2.5 min)), it sends XMR directly to the address you provided. No withdrawal step needed.
USDT on Ethereum vs. on Tron
If you're holding USDT on Ethereum, you can swap to XMR directly — no need to bridge to Tron first. The rates are similar, but gas fees are higher than TRC20. If fees are a concern and you have the option to use TRC20 USDT, that's usually cheaper. Either way, no KYC is required on any of the listed exchanges.
